What is your shipping policy? How long will it take for my order to arrive? We ship UK orders as standard, with free UK shipping on orders over £50. If your item is in stock, we aim to pack it the same working day. FedEx collections are usually around 12 noon, while Royal Mail parcels are usually dropped off after 1pm. Orders placed close to cut-off may dispatch the next working day. We normally use Royal Mail for parcels under 2kg and Saturday delivery options, and FedEx for orders over 2kg. If an item needs to come from a UK distributor or manufacturer, we will contact you with the expected delay and offer alternatives or a refund if you prefer. What is your return policy? We offer 30-day returns on eligible items in brand-new, original selling condition. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and suitable to be sold as new. Custom harnesses, customised orders and special-order items are not returnable if you change your mind. Free return shipping is available for eligible returns issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are accepted, but return shipping may be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund. If the item is defective or damaged, we cover approved return shipping. If we shipped the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct item and cover approved return shipping.
