Tender Sounds Shipping Policy

At Tender Sounds, we do our best to pack and dispatch your order quickly while keeping you informed if anything needs extra time.

UK shipping

We currently ship within the UK as standard.

If you would like us to ship outside the UK, please email us at info@tendersounds.co.uk before placing your order and we can provide a shipping quote where possible.

Free UK shipping over £50

UK orders over £50 qualify for free shipping. Shipping options and costs for smaller orders are shown at checkout.

Dispatch times

If your item is in stock, we aim to pack your order the same working day.

Orders dispatch the same day where possible, but courier cut-off times apply:

  • FedEx collections are usually around 12:00 noon.
  • Royal Mail parcels are usually dropped off after 1:00pm.

If you place an order close to a courier cut-off, we will still do our best to dispatch it that day, but it may leave us the next working day.

Orders placed overnight are usually packed the following working morning, provided the item is in stock.

Couriers we use

We choose the courier based on the size, weight and delivery requirement of the order:

  • Royal Mail is normally used for parcels under 2kg and for Saturday delivery options.
  • FedEx is normally used for orders over 2kg.

Once your order has dispatched, we will send tracking information where available.

Stock availability and special orders

We stock fast-moving items where possible. Some items may need to be ordered from a UK distributor or directly from the manufacturer before we dispatch them to you.

If an item is not immediately available:

  • UK distributor stock will usually add around 1–2 working days.
  • Manufacturer stock from Europe will usually add around 5 working days or less.

If there is any delay, we will contact you. You can then choose to wait for the item, switch to a suitable alternative that is in stock, or cancel for a full refund.

Custom and configured products

Customised items, custom harnesses, special orders, and configured products may require additional processing time and are not guaranteed for same-day dispatch.

Delivery delays

We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times can be affected by courier delays, stock movement, bank holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of a delay, we will keep you updated.
