The Stage 5 package is a complete BMW speaker and DSP amplifier upgrade for customers who want the extra clarity of separate front tweeters/components, stronger underseat bass and DSP-controlled power in one matched package.

Stage 5 builds on the DSP amplifier package approach by using Musway component speakers in the front doors, Musway underseat woofers and the current MUSWAY M6v4-512K amplifier with BMW-specific plug-and-play wiring.

About the M6v4-512K DSP amplifier

The MUSWAY M6v4-512K combines six amplifier channels with eight-channel DSP processing. It supports high-level input with autosense, EPS for factory speaker-detection systems, optical S/PDIF input and processed RCA outputs. Verified amplifier specification is 6 x 85 watts RMS at 4 ohms or 6 x 140 watts RMS at 2 ohms at 14.4 V, with Dynamic Headroom output up to 6 x 100 watts RMS at 4 ohms or 6 x 175 watts RMS at 2 ohms.

Best for

Choose Stage 5 if you want a DSP amplifier package with front component speakers and separate tweeters for better front-stage detail than a coaxial-only front speaker setup.

BMW audio systems vary by model, year and factory option. If you are unsure whether your car is Base Audio, HiFi 676 or RAM 2019+, send us your VIN or registration before ordering and we can help check the correct version. Some Base Audio cars may require BMW tweeter panels separately.
