Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund in the same way you have paid for the product/s, provided the product is unopened and in a resalable condition. e.g. If you have purchased using a credit note or gift voucher, we will refund you by issuing a new credit note or gift voucher to the same value. The buyer pays for shipping.

For warranty claims, we accept them up to 2 years from the date of purchase, provided the product was purchased from us. If the product is found to be defective or faulty, we will either repair, or replace the product. If the product is no longer a current model and cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the latest version of that product. If you are not happy with the product that we replace it with, you can request a credit note to the same value to spend on our store.

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return or claim. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or claim.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or warranty claims that do not meet the above criteria or are not accompanied by the necessary information.
